Life & Business Coaching · With Diego Martinez

You know something needs to CHANGE.

Your life. Your career. Your business.
Let’s work out what needs to change, and what to do next.

One-to-one · Online worldwide · English & Spanish

A different perspective

Sometimes you are too close to the situation to see it clearly.

You’ve made lists. Had conversations. Asked for advice. Maybe even made a decision, then questioned it again.

It may be your career, a relationship or a business that takes more than it gives. Thinking about it harder does not always help.

That is where coaching becomes useful. An experienced outside perspective can help you notice what you are missing, question what you are taking for granted, and find the right problem to solve first.

You bring the situation.
I help you look at it differently.

Two paths. One centre.

Two places where we can work together.

Start with the part of your life that needs your attention now. You do not need to have the problem neatly defined.

Path 01 · Life Coaching

When life no longer quite fits.

A career decision. A relationship. Confidence. A transition. Or the feeling that life looks fine from the outside, but does not feel right from the inside.

  • Notice what matters
  • Choose what fits
  • Take the next step

Path 02 · Business Coaching

When business needs more than a tactic.

Unpredictable income. Too much work. An offer that is not converting. Several possible directions, and no clear way to choose between them.

  • Step outside the noise
  • Find the real obstacle
  • Decide what to change

How I work with you

I won’t just sit there and ask you questions.

Good coaching should help you think for yourself. That does not mean I have to pretend I have no opinions.

I will listen carefully, ask questions that go somewhere and challenge assumptions when they do not add up. When my experience is useful, I will tell you what I see.

Sometimes you need another perspective. Sometimes a practical recommendation. Sometimes a question you wish I hadn’t asked.

The point is to leave seeing the situation differently, with a next step you can act on.

The D.I.C.H.A. method

From noise to clarity.
From clarity to action.

A framework to look beyond the obvious problem, connect what matters to you with the choices ahead, and turn understanding into action.

Dicha is a Spanish word for happiness and good fortune. A reminder that moving forward should not mean losing yourself along the way.

DDiscover

See what is really happening. We explore what is working, what keeps repeating and what you may be assuming, without rushing to fix it.

IInternalise

Understand what it means for you. We separate other people’s expectations and external noise from what you think, value and want.

CConnect

Join the dots. We connect what you want with what is happening now, and identify the decisions that could close the gap.

HHonour

Choose without losing yourself. We test the options against your values, priorities and the reality of your life.

AAdvance

Turn insight into movement. We shape decisions, experiments and practical next steps. Clarity without action is just another interesting thought.

What changed for other people

A different perspective.
A different way forward.

These experiences come from the full coaching process. The work continues beyond a single conversation.

Meet Diego Martinez

Hi, I’m Diego.
I connect the dots.

My path has taken me through engineering, finance, music, advertising and retail. On paper, those may look like unrelated worlds. In practice, they taught me to listen, notice patterns and connect things that do not immediately seem connected.

My training in coaching, NLP and social psychology adds another lens. For thirteen years, I have used that mix to help people make sense of what is happening and put their decisions into practice.

I am not here to turn you into a version of me. My job is to understand your world well enough to help you see it differently, then help you decide what to do about it.

Find your starting point

What you can expect

Honest conversations.
Practical thinking.

You can expect room to think, honest challenge and help making an idea concrete. The aim is for you to become more confident making your own decisions.

01 / Perspective

Distance that helps you see.

I am outside your routines, assumptions and office politics. That distance can reveal what is hard to notice from within.

02 / Challenge

Questions that go somewhere.

If something does not add up, I will say so, respectfully and directly. We look at what is driving the situation, not just what is easiest to discuss.

03 / Action

Make the next step concrete.

When an idea needs to become a decision, an experiment or a plan, we work through what that looks like in your real life.

04 / Independence

Tools that become your own.

The goal is not for you to need a coach forever. It is to strengthen the way you think and decide for yourself.

Choose where to begin

You don’t need to have
everything figured out.

Just bring the situation. Choose the path that feels closest to what you are facing, and we’ll start there.
